ParseForMe is a document parsing and data extraction platform built to eliminate manual data entry. Instead of retyping information by hand or building custom parsing rules for every document type, users simply upload a file — a PDF, scanned image, receipt, invoice, bank statement, resume, or form — and ParseForMe automatically identifies the document type, extracts the relevant fields, and assigns a confidence score to each result. This lets users quickly review anything uncertain before exporting, saving hours of repetitive work and reducing the errors that come with manual entry.
The platform is designed to be simple enough for non-technical users while flexible enough to support automated, high-volume workflows for larger teams. Whether it's a single freelancer processing a handful of invoices each month or an operations team running thousands of documents through the platform, ParseForMe scales to fit the workload without requiring custom development work.
Key Features
Universal document upload — supports PDFs, scanned images, receipts, invoices, and forms, uploaded directly or connected through a folder, inbox, or API
Confidence-scored extraction — every extracted field includes a confidence score, so users know exactly what to double-check before relying on the data
Multiple export formats — send results to Excel, CSV, or JSON with a single click
Pre-built spreadsheet templates — ready-made templates for common use cases like invoices, bookkeeping logs, shipment tracking, and resumes mean no setup is required to get started
Custom field maps — configure field mappings to match an existing data structure, with up to 50 field maps on mid-tier plans and unlimited maps on the top tier
Connectors and webhooks — automatically send extracted data into existing tools and workflows without manual exporting
Use Cases
ParseForMe is used across a range of everyday business tasks, including:
Digitizing invoices and receipts for bookkeeping and expense tracking
Extracting candidate details from resumes for recruiting pipelines
Processing bank statements for financial reconciliation and reporting
Converting scanned forms and paperwork into structured spreadsheet data
Automating shipment and logistics documentation, such as bills of lading and packing lists
Getting Started
New users can sign up and start parsing documents immediately with a free trial that includes 30 pages, no credit card required. From the workspace, users upload a document, watch ParseForMe extract the relevant fields in seconds, review the confidence-scored results, and export the data in their preferred format. Teams that need ongoing automation can also set up connectors and webhooks to route parsed data directly into their existing systems.
Pricing & Plans
ParseForMe runs on a transparent, token-based pricing model: one token parses one page, regardless of which parsing engine handles the document. Three monthly plans are available:
Starter ($19/month) — 500 pages per month, all export formats, 10 field maps, and email support. Ideal for a first real batch of documents.
Growth ($59/month) — 2,500 pages per month, all export formats, 50 field maps, and connectors and webhooks. Built for a small team parsing documents every week.
Scale ($199/month) — 10,000 pages per month, all export formats, unlimited field maps, SSO and audit logs, and usage analytics with full API access. Designed for a steady, higher-volume document pipeline.
Page allowances refresh each billing cycle, and subscribers who exceed their allowance before renewal can top up by the page directly from their dashboard. Yearly billing is also available at a discount equivalent to two free months. All payments, tax, and invoicing are handled by Paddle as the platform's Merchant of Record.
